Nuffield Health have some fabulous ideas for looking after Wellbeing and Mental Health during times of stress. They have also created a kids Wellbeing Fact File, with information for how to keep active, happy and healthy at home.

-CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) have created a website link which signposts different agencies and places to get help and advice during the most challenging times and behaviours.

-Relax Kids. A letter to families and the Calm Pack e-resource. Activities for families to try to help them come together and feel safe and calm in these challenging times.
